Sensational Sumac Salmon
Ingredients 2 Salmon Fillets
Marinade 2 Tsp Olive Oil 1 Tsp Balsamic Vinegar 1 Tsp Lemon Juice 1 Tsp Maple Syrup 2 Tsp Sumac Pinch Salt & Pepper
Directions
Combine marinade ingredients in small bowl.
Lightly coat Salmon and refrigerate 2 - 3 hours or overnight.
Fry Salmon in olive oil with covered marinade.
Serve over rice and vegetable of choice.
Sumac Roasted Vegetables
Ingredients 2 Carrots 1 Sweet Potato 1 Russet Potato 1/2 Head Cauliflower 2 Beets 1 Parsnip or small Turnip
In a large bowl chop vegetables in bite size pieces.
Add all dressing ingredients and toss to combine until all vegetables are covered.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper and spread coated vegetables on baking sheet.
Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 30 - 45 minutes or until cooked through.
